- Corticosteroid injections
- Topical immunotherapy (DPCP)
- Minoxidil (Rogaine)

Conclusion:
Hearing loss is a common condition that affects the ability to hear sounds partially or completely. It can occur due to aging, prolonged exposure to loud noise, infections, or genetic factors. There are three main types of hearing loss: conductive (caused by problems in the outer or middle ear), sensorineural (due to inner ear or nerve damage), and mixed (a combination of both). Symptoms include difficulty in understanding speech, frequently asking others to repeat themselves, and increased volume in communication devices. Early detection and management, such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, or medical treatments, can improve hearing and quality of life.
